Ahhhhhh. This is what it should be like on March 16.  Prediction is for mid-70s and dry.  No precipitation in sight.  Farmers will be busy getting the equipment ready and checking the fields for dryness so they can plow.  We rural people are anxious to begin preparing for the fall harvest.
